No. The confirmed Deluxe benefit is one Premium Ace Pass Plus voucher, not lifetime access to all seasons.

Bandai Namco says the voucher can be used for a season chosen by the owner and is not forced onto Season 1. Future premium seasons would require their own entitlement unless separately announced.
