How do you unlock the ADFX-02 Morgan–PIXY?

It is Season 1 Premium Ace Pass content. Deluxe owners can redeem their Premium Ace Pass Plus voucher for an immediate Online Mode unlock.

Bandai Namco says the Morgan–PIXY becomes usable in Campaign Mode only after all campaign missions are completed. The free Ace Pass and Premium Ace Pass are separate reward tracks.
