Mobius and Team Zvezda Skins Have Mode-Specific Rules
Bandai Namco states that both named aircraft skins are available in Online Mode and become available in Campaign Mode after completing every campaign mission.

These are cosmetic entitlements, not proof that the underlying aircraft are Deluxe-only. Their campaign condition should also not be rewritten as an online progression requirement.
